Resort Information.
The wedding will be held at Sandals Regancy La Toc. While the couple will also be staying at Sandals Regancy La Toc, they would like for you to book at one of the 3 Sandals properties in the area so you are able to pick the resort that best suits your needs. The 3 properties have full exchange privileges with one another with shuttles running to and from each resort throughout the day/evening. We will work with you to explore which resort best fits your budget and needs.

We are so honored to be a part of Victoria and Edward’s big day. Our number one priority is to ensure that each of you has a seamless booking experience and a point of contact to ask any questions that may arise before, during, and after your international travel experience to Hewanorra International Airport(UVF).
To book your travel arrangements (hotel, transportation), please visit the link below the listed room categories and enter all of your information to receive a confirmation. The rates include food and beverage along with ground transportation between the airport and hotel for 2 guests. If you would like to add additional nights, we would be happy to extend your reservation dates. The hotel does have a strict minimum length of stay, you will need to stay a minimum of 3 nights from either May 2nd-5th OR May 3rd-6th, 2024 to book within the group and participate in all wedding festivities without additional fees. However, you are able to extend your vacation as long as you would wish and we would be happy to work with you to plan to best fit your needs. $400 deposit is required to secure your room. Rates will be based on room type, dates/length of stay, along with availability/time of booked. Additional details to come.

Guest Accomodations.
While the couple will be hosting their wedding events, ceremony, and reception at Sandals Regancy La Toc, they would like for you to decide which of the 3 Sandals properties best fit your vacation needs. We just ask that all guests are booked at a Sandals resort and through this group link to avoid any additional fees and to have transportation to and from resort/events included.
There are a variety of room types at each of the 3 resorts available for you to choice from based on your individual wants/needs. I would be happy to work through several options with you to find the best room for your stay. All of the rooms will include the amenities below.

STANDARD: Rooms will include all of the above amenities.
CLUB LEVEL: Rooms will include above plus access to Room Service along with Concierge Lounge for check in/check out and throughout their stay to enhance their experience
BUTLER LEVEL: Rooms will include all of above plus A Personal Butler to help with all of your needs throughout your stay including reserving beach/pool chairs, secure dining reservations, pack/unpack, draw bubble bath, obtain anything you would need to help elevate your stay.
Please note that this registration will be confirmed by our team prior to making the booking. We will dicuss various room options to best fit your needs prior to anything being charged. The inital deposit of $400 will be charged after confirming room type.
Deposit is a minimum of $400 per room due at time of booking to secure your room. All payments/balances are due by FEB 21, 2024 and are non-refundable/non-transferrable after that date. Travel Protection is available and highly recommended to protect yourself from the unknown. The Travel Protection is $124 per person and is due upon adding to the room reservation but must be done so prior to final payment.
INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASE ASK FOR QUOTE.
Payments may be submitted at guest’s convenience using the link provided in each email sent with invoice. You are welcome to pay as little or as much as you would like between now and FEB 21, 2024. At that date, the balance would be due in full.
Cancel prior to FEB 21, 2024th – Full refund as long as final payment has not be made.
Cancel between FEB 21-45 days prior to travel, 50% is non-refundable. After 45 days prior to travel,100% non refundable (no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest’s responsibility to pay in full even if not traveling.
If purchasing flights on your own, please email the full flight itinerary to [email protected] as soon as they are booked to set up your round trip ground transportation. If flights are not received 1 month prior to departure, the transportation will be forfeited and will be the responsibility of the guest.
Changes made after final payment will incur $150 change fee per person / per change.
