Who would’ve thought we’d be tying the knot when we met on Bumble in March 2020. What started as companionship during the unknowns of the pandemic, budded into a friendship and blossomed into a fun-filled relationship. We love to travel and want to share that love with our loved ones as we celebrate our love.

Chantelle Nugent is an Award Winning Travel Advisor that specializes in Destination Weddings, Group Travel, and Honeymoons. She has a passion for helping couples plan their special day and accommodate them and their guest travel plans.
We are so honored to be a part of Saundra and Craig’s big day. Our number one priority is to ensure that each of you has a seamless booking experience and a point of contact to ask any questions that may arise before, during, and after your international travel experience to Cancun International Airport (CUN).
To book your travel arrangements (hotel, transportation), please visit the link below the listed room categories and enter all of your information to receive a confirmation. The rates include food and beverage along with ground transportation between the airport and hotel for 2 guests. If you would like to add additional nights, we would be happy to extend your reservation dates. The rates are available for up to a 10 night stay total at the resort, but you will need to stay a minimum of 3 nights from MAY 12-15th, 2024 to book within the group and participate in all wedding festivities without additional fees. Rates shown below are for the 3 night base package and additional nights will be confirmed prior to any charges are made. Additional details to come.

Deposit is a minimum of $200 per room($100 per person) which is non-refundable. All payments/balances are due by Feb 4, 2024 and are non-refundable/non-transferrable after that date. Travel Protection is available and highly recommended to protect yourself from the unknown.

Payments may be submitted at guest’s convenience using the link provided in each email sent with invoice. 50% of the reservation balance is due Jan 4, 2024. Full balance due by Feb 4, 2024.
Cancel prior to Jan 4th, 2024 – non refundable deposit.
Cancel after Jan 5th, 2024 – 50% non refundable (no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest’s responsibility to pay in full even if not traveling.

If purchasing flights on your own, please email the full flight itinerary to chantelle@foerstertravel.com as soon as they are booked to set up your round trip ground transportation. If flights are not received one(1) month prior to departure, the transportation will be forfeited and will be the responsibility of the guest.
Changes made after final payment will incur $150 change fee per person / per change.
