Our Story.
They first met at a camping trip in 2019 where Matt’s down-to-earth qualities and cheesy humor immediately charmed Fyonna. While everyone was enjoying games and s’mores around the bonfire, Matt was in his tent finishing a homework assignment. It was both admirable and hilarious. Fyonna cluelessly yet enthusiastically wandered the campgrounds (she had never camped before) looking for new friends and a grill to use. After Matt helped her fire up the grill and shared terrible dad jokes, he felt instantly connected to this kind and curious woman.
Over the next few years, they built a strong and authentic friendship. Sharing their love of action-packed thrillers and sappy rom com movies over pizza, or chowing down on hot dogs with grilled onions at White Sox games, it was clear that these two humans were meant to be together. On May 22, 2021, they became “official” and fell deeper in love every single day. Turns out they were more than best friends, they were soul mates.Â
On July 30, 2022 Matt asked Fyonna to marry him and here we are!Â

The wedding will be held at Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos on May 24th, 2024 at 5:00 in the evening. While the couple will be staying at the Seaside Village, there are many options for your stay and we can discuss one to fit your personal needs.

Chantelle Nugent is an Award Winning Travel Advisor that specializes in Destination Weddings, Group Travel, and Honeymoons. She has a passion for helping couples plan their special day and accommodate them and their guest travel plans.
We are so honored to be a part of Fyonna and Matthew’s big day. Our number one priority is to ensure that each of you has a seamless booking experience and a point of contact to ask any questions that may arise before, during, and after your international travel experience to Turks and Caicos Providenciales International Airport (PLS).
To book your travel arrangements (hotel, transportation), please visit the link below the listed room categories and enter all of your information to receive a confirmation.  The rates include food and beverage along with ground transportation between the airport and hotel for 2 guests.  If you would like to add additional nights, we would be happy to extend your reservation dates. The hotel does have a strict minimum length of stay, you will need to stay a minimum of 3 nights from MAY 23-26th, 2024 to book within the group and participate in all wedding festivities without additional fees. Rates will be based on room type, dates/length of stay, along with availability/time of booked. Additional details to come.

Guest Accomodations.
The couple will be hosting their wedding events, ceremony, and reception at Beaches Resort, Turks and Caicos and ask that all guests are booked at Beaches resort and through this group link to avoid any additional fees and to have transportation to and from resort/events included. While the couple will be staying at the Seaside Village, there are many options for your stay and we can discuss one to fit your personal needs.
There are a variety of room types at the resort available for you to choice from based on your individual wants/needs. I would be happy to work through several options with you to find the best room for your stay. All of the rooms will include the amenities below.

CLUB LEVEL: Rooms will include above plus access to Room Service along with Concierge Lounge for check in/check out and throughout their stay to enhance their experience
BUTLER LEVEL:Â Rooms will include all of above plus A Personal Butler to help with all of your needs throughout your stay including reserving beach/pool chairs, secure dining reservations, pack/unpack, draw bubble bath, obtain anything you would need to help elevate your stay.
Villages:
Caribbean Village: Beach front area on far left side of resort. Most cost effective option in most cases.
French Village: Tucked back behind. More economical room option.
Italian Village: Beach front. In the middle of resort, considered the hub and main pool. Has rooms with family/kids rooms.
Key West Village: Beach front on far right side of resort. Quiet area
SeaSide Village: Beach front. Smaller village. Closer to center of property
Deposit is a minimum of $400 per room due at time of booking to secure your room. All payments/balances are due by March 20, 2024 and are non-refundable/non-transferrable after that date. Travel Protection is available and highly recommended to protect yourself from the unknown. The Travel Protection is $114 per person and is due upon adding to the room reservation but must be done so prior to final payment.
INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASE ASK FOR QUOTE.
Payments may be submitted at guest’s convenience using the link provided in each email sent with invoice. Â You are welcome to pay as little or as much as you would like between now and March 20, 2024. At that date, the balance would be due in full.
Cancel prior to March, 20, 2024 –Â Full refund as long as final payment has not be made.
Cancel after March 20, 2024 – 100% non refundable (no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest’s responsibility to pay in full even if not traveling.
If purchasing flights on your own, please email the full flight itinerary to chantelle@foerstertravel.com as soon as they are booked to set up your round trip ground transportation. If flights are not received 1 month prior to departure, the transportation will be forfeited and will be the responsibility of the guest.
Changes made after final payment will incur $150 change fee per person / per change.
