Chantelle Nugent is an Award Winning Travel Advisor that specializes in Destination Weddings, Group Travel, and Honeymoons. She has a passion for helping couples plan their special day and accommodate them and their guest travel plans.
We are so honored to be a part of Dayanne and Anthony’s big day. Our number one priority is to ensure that each of you has a seamless booking experience and a point of contact to ask any questions that may arise before, during, and after your international travel experience to Puerto Vallarta (PVJ).
To book your travel arrangements (hotel/transportation), please visit the link below the listed room categories and enter all of your information to receive a confirmation. The rates include food and beverage along with shared multi stop ground transportation between the airport and hotel for 2 guests. If you would like to add additional nights, we would be happy to extend your reservation dates. The rates are available for up to a 10 night stay total at the resort, but you will need to stay a minimum of 3 nights from JAN 12-15th, 2024 to book within the group and participate in all wedding festivities without additional fees. Rates shown below are for the 3 night base package and additional nights will be confirmed prior to any charges are made. Additional details to come.

Guest Accomodations.
The couple has worked to secure rooms to lock in the price and guarantee a room for the guest that had made a commitment to joining them. Currently have a variety of rooms available, however there are additional options available upon request and subject to availability. Please register for a Tropical View and make a note of requested category and dates. Also, rates listed are for a 3 night stay for 2 adults including round trip shared ground transportation. Should you wish to extend your stay, please indicate your travel dates and pricing will be confirmed prior to any charges made for the deposit.
Tropical View: $1450 for 2 for 3 nights including resort fees, taxes, and round trip ground transportation
Partial Ocean View: $1600 for 2 for 3 nights including resort fees, taxes, and round trip ground transportation
Junior Suite Swim Out: $1730 for 2 for 3 nights including resort fees, taxes, and round trip ground transportation
PREFERRED CLUB ROOM OPTION: You deserve that extra level of luxury on your family-friendly getaway or much-anticipated vacation. Upgrade to the Preferred Club and take advantage of your select status. Relish in elevated concierge service, exclusive access to the Preferred Club lounge and designated areas throughout the resort, an upgraded suite in a premium location and enhanced room amenities.

Deposit is a minimum of $200 per room($100 per person) which is non-refundable. All payments/balances are due by October 1, 2023 and are non-refundable/non-transferrable after that date. Travel Protection is available and highly recommended to protect yourself from the unknown.
INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASE ASK FOR QUOTE.
Payments may be submitted at guest’s convenience using the link provided in each email sent with invoice. Full balance due by OCT 1,2023.
Cancel prior to SEPT 30, 2023 – non refundable deposit.
Cancel after OCT 1st, 2023 – 100% non refundable (no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest’s responsibility to pay in full even if not traveling.
If purchasing flights on your own, please email the full flight itinerary to chantelle@foerstertravel.com as soon as they are booked to set up your round trip ground transportation. If flights are not received 1 month prior to departure, the transportation will be forfeited and will be the responsibility of the guest.
Changes made after final payment will incur $150 change fee per person / per change.
