Should you wish to extend your stay, please indicate your travel dates and pricing will be confirmed prior to any charges made for the deposit.

Deposit is a minimum of $200 per room($100 per person) which is non-refundable. 50% of room balance is due no later than June 15, 2024. All payments/balances are due by July 15th, 2024 and are non-refundable/non-transferrable after that date. Travel Protection is available and highly recommended to protect yourself from the unknown.

Payments may be submitted at guest’s convenience using the link provided in each email sent with invoice.   Full balance due by JULY 15th, 2024.

Cancel prior to JUNE 14th, 2024 –  non refundable deposit.

Cancel between JUNE 15th-JULY14th, 2024- 50% is non-refundable(no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest’s responsibility to pay in full even if not traveling.

Cancel on or after JULY 15th, 2024 – 100% non refundable (no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest’s responsibility to pay in full even if not traveling.

If purchasing flights on your own, please email the full flight itinerary to [email protected] as soon as they are booked to set up your round trip ground transportation. If flights are not received ONE(1) month prior to departure, the transportation will be forfeited and will be the responsibility of the guest.

Changes made after final payment could incur $150 change fee per person / per change.
